Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I used the pre-set pasteurise button on my Instant Pot which only lasted 3 minutes rather than the 30-45 mins suggested in the recipe. As I'd turned the beeps off I didn't catch it when it finished so it may have cooled a bit, so I repeated the pasteurisation step for another 3 mins and the milk was definitely above 180F. I then set it to ferment for 8 hours. I didn't use a Greek yoghurt starter, just plain yoghurt with bifidus cultures in it and this worked fine. The result was the perfect consistency yoghurt which was delicious with a spoonful of homemade raspberry jam mixed in. Don't think I'll ever need to buy yoghurt again as this was just so easy!
