    Nothing revolutionary, but a solid recipe. The perfect breakfast for dinner dish. I like to put some thin sliced tomatoes between the ham and the cheese, my husband likes a drizzle of maple syrup on top.

    I used Swiss instead of Gruyere since that's what I had. I did use the optional Dijon and it added loads of flavor.
