    Great flavor! Bake time was pretty spot on, minus a few minutes. Only had to foil it the last few minutes, it browned nicely. Loaf did sink in the middle. Upon further inspection, it looks like it might’ve in the picture too. The glaze covers it though. Classic pound cake (dense; not dry) but elevated with the barley and orange.
