Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was pretty good. I made this in my Vitamix and almost immediately the texture was too liquid so would be careful to leave it pretty chunky and not get overzealous in blending or it's really not like gumbo in the end. Would also suggest doubling the amount of beans, the ratio seemed off compared to the greens and would add more texture. That said, the flavor was really great!
