Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was kind of a disappointment. I think there were a few extra steps that could have been taken to make it better. The wheat berries too forever to cook, maybe 3 times as long. and the braising liquid needed to be strained and add back to the pot before serving. People ended up with over cooked pieces of carrot which were probably meant for flavor but not to be served. Has potential but as sloppy as written.
