Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I used good quality boxed broth and canned beans. I was totally annoyed by the recipe because the amount of broth called for makes a very thin soup and so I had to reduce for 45 minutes to thicken. Also, the amount of gremolata is not really enough. That said, I ended up liking it much to my surprise. So, I suggest using 5 cups of broth, whizzing with the immersion blender and then add more broth so get to desired thickness. Also, double the gremolata recipe.
