    Excellent. Make sure the cream cheese has come to room temperature to ensure you don't leave lumps in the batter. This is so beautiful and your house will smell divine. At the restaurant, they have these cheesecakes stacked on every conceivable surface to accommodate all the orders for it throughout the evening.
