    Several issues with this - it came out too browned by the end of the stated baking time, and that's with using an oven thermometer. The sugar also didn't dissolve in the butter the way the recipe said it should. It definitely needed to be returned to the heat. Overall this was way too sweet for us and the syrup also collected on the bottom which made it soggy there.

    Does not require too much work, and was delicious. Since it was chilly, I let the dough prove much longer than was recommended. Came out wonderful and airy.
