Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    As Cati noted (and I'm so glad I read their review otherwise I may have tripped up) the recipe is poorly written and this could lead to a failed cook. Aside from this, the result was a comforting midweek meal that everyone enjoyed and that I would cook again.

    The instructions tell you to cook the onions and put aside. Soak the bread in milk for 30 minutes. From then on there is no more mention of these two items. Presumably you would mix them into the mince. I wonder how many other mistakes are in this book.
