Moroccan ginger-lemon chicken skewers from Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street Magazine, Jul/Aug 2017 (page 4)

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

A good and simple recipe for super tender chicken skewers. So aromatic. I agree they could use a dipping sauce.

Delicious and so easy. Cut the honey in half and grilled the kebabs instead of broiling. Finished with a drizzle of pomegranate molasses and a sprinkle of chopped mint and parsley.

Another amazing but simple recipe from Milk Street.

These were delicious and even reheated well. I did not do the drizzle at the end and felt it wasn't missing anything. Served with grilled okra and small potatoes. Family felt it could use a dipping sauce.

The chicken was flavorful and moist. I felt that the drizzle of honey at the end made them a bit too sweet for my taste.
