Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Really liked this. Will make again with less cumin though. Liked the pomegranate molasses & sumac- didn't think they were optional.

    Love this. Not more to add other than that the flavors are spot on. Pomegranate molasses is a must, not optional as indicated. We tasted it before and after, and agreed that pomegranate molasses is not optional for us.
