    Just delicious and very easy to make. The honey flavor really comes through. I was a bit short of creme fraiche and used plain whole milk yogurt for the rest. I also used half cream, half milk in lieu of half-and-half. I added some lemon zest to the mix and swirled in blackberry puree at the end.
