    I'm culling cookbooks and my slow-cooker books were at the top of my list to go however I found a note in this book about this recipe. Evidently, many moons ago I made it and we thought it was excellent. I also added an undocumented amount of beer to the bbq sauce it seems. In any event, this note saved the book from the purge and I'll have to try this one again some day. I also subbed red bell peppers for the celery as I'm not a big fan of celery.
