    If, like me, you have been disappointed by every instance of 'malted' cookies you've tried, these. are. it. They are slightly thinner than I would like but the edges are crisp and the middle is soft and the malt flavour is so strong. Made with about 10 oz of chocolate only, and did a mix of milk and dark.
