    This is fabulous! Dense, rich, and very chocolatey. The flavor of the red wine is present, but it complements the chocolate so nicely. The coconut flour in the gluten-free blend is also noticeable, but the combination of flours works beautifully here, giving a wonderful texture to a cake. I would never have thought of adding teff flour, but it works well here in combination with the other flours.
