Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    A rare miss from Stella here in my opinion. It's a footnote recipe, so I guess take it with a grain of salt, but this didn't turn out for me at all. The biscuits were great (and super easy). But just stacking them over sliced peaches and baking it didn't result in anything spectacular (or, frankly, even good). Maybe my peaches weren't perfectly ripe but I really think they could've really used some sugar. I had to douse each serving in ice cream to make it edible. I've made the strawberry shortcake recipe this is a footnote to (it's amazing) several times and the sweetened strawberries and sweetened whipped cream really balance the tangy, not-at-all-sweet biscuits.
