    Magnificent. Swapped Greek yogurt for sour cream successfully. Take your time and knead the dough as long as Stella tells you to. I did let these stand at room temp for an hour after overnight rise in fridge before baking. Keeper and likely going to be my go-to for sweet roll dough.
