    Made this twice, once using the recipe simmer sauce and once using jarred. In the first case, included baby spinach and paneer and served over rice, and noted that it was a bit under-seasoned. The second time, used queso blanco in place of paneer and jarred sauce, and ate directly with naan. This was great, but of course at this point it's just chickpeas simmered in a jar of sauce.
