    Very, very good. Not overly sweet with only one tablespoon of sugar each in the topping and the filling, but the amount of fruit provided ample sweetness. The baking time was way off. I covered the top a few minutes before the called for 25 minutes because the topping looked done. I checked again at 25 minutes and the filling was not bubbling at all so I put it back in and forgot the foil, hence the slightly burnt biscuit. Altogether it took 40 minutes of baking for the filling to be cooked and my peaches were huge. I used greek yogurt for the sour cream.
