Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made this using prawns, and omitted the tomatoes. As I used pre-chopped ginger, chilli, and garlic from a jar (as that's what I had to hand) I found it a little salty overall, but my husband loved it. I'd make this again, but use the fresh ingredients instead of jarred.

    This was absolutely delicious I devoured it. It came together quickly and was so layered in flavour. Will definitely make again

    Beautiful autumnal dish. Even better the next day as the flavours had more time to develop. I added some shredded leftover roast chicken- delicious
