    I was looking for a lower fat version of panna cotta and Nigel is always reliable. I skipped the rosewater and just used vanilla. The yoghurt flavour was a little bit too assertive for me -- I'd substitute some of it for more cream next time. But it was excellent, served with a cherry compote and biscuits.
