    Definitely one of the best "I can't be bothered to cook tonight" recipes there is. We often have smoked mackerel in the fridge, always have Parmesan, creamed horseradish and cream, so this can be thrown together in a matter of minutes. I didn't have chives, but we didn't miss them. Super easy and tasty! If I were feeling more like doing something verging on cooking next time round I might add some wilted spinach as I'm sure that would be lovely.
