Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

We ended up not liking the texture of the sauce. It was very... viscous. I think it was the combo of the greek yogurt and the cornstarch. I may have had a different texture than others since I had 2 deal with 2 burn notices and adding additional water just to get it to cook. Overall, the flavor wasn't outstanding enough to make me want to try it again.

I mixed the sauce and chicken. Still got the burn notice. Removed everything, scraped the pot, and everything back in with added 3/4 c water. Got another burn notice. But the chicken was done, so I proceeded with the recipe. If a next time: Do not add the cornstarch or yogurt to the sauce, add 3/4 or 1 cup water. Then pressure cook, remove chicken, and then add yogurt and cornstarch when sauteed, so I can scrape the pot and keep it from scorching.

Yup, didn't read the notes and got some burn on the bottom. Good, simple recipe. Makes a great amount of sauce. Might do again but will fiddle with spices (too much turmeric for me).

I wish I'd read the note above before making this. I got the dreaded "burn" display a couple of minutes into cooking. I was able to put the IP on saute until the chicken was cooked through, and it was still very tasty. Next time, I will either try mixing everything first, or do this one pot in pot.

This is my favorite from the book so far. However, I've found that if I pour the sauce over the chicken, the chicken will burn on the bottom of the pot. I get better results if I mix everything together before setting the pressure.
