    Delicious! I grew up having orange julius as a special beverage using frozen orange juice from concentrate. My mom's mom made that for her, and she made it for me. Since I now live in California and have a mature orange tree (hence why I bought this book), I used the variation with fresh oranges. I made it for my son and felt like I was carrying on a tradition!
