    These are delicious filled cookies. Not too sweet (I used 72% chocolate) and look pretty with drizzles of chocolate on top. A bit lengthy to make, as cookies need to cool completely before being sandwiched together, and the ganache filling cools 40 minutes in the fridge before being used. Plan accordingly! These freeze very well.
