Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This has potential if next time I use fresh figs (as written it reminded us that we're not overly keen on dried figs). The port sauce was excellent, sweet and sticky, probably used double the amount of port specified. Quick and easy to prepare and cook. Good for entertaining.

    I’m very fond of this “pig and fig” recipe. Very easy to make and very tasty. Will repeat.
