    Good recipe. I used Golden Curry, one chicken thigh, carrots, sweet potato, potato and onion. Omitted the egg and cilantro. I topped with katsu pork (Serious Eats recipe), shredded cabbage, and homemade Japanese pickled daikon. Make sure to totally dissolve the curry blocks.
