Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Can substitute oat bran for wheat bran, whole-grain spelt flour for whole wheat flour, and blueberries or raspberries for raisins. See recipe for variations.

    So good! Despite the amount of fibre, (which can result in tasty hockey puck muffins) these are light and fluffy. I used frozen blueberries in place of raisins, and added about a tablespoon of flax seeds and quarter cup of sunflower seeds. Also added a half teaspoon of lemon rind. Best bran muffins I’ve made yet!
