    These are pretty tasty. A little dense. I added the vanilla. Gently push the coconut flakes into the top before putting them in the oven so they don't fall off as easily. I baked it at 400° for 16 minutes just because when I bake breads at lower temps they never seem to get baked through. I would definitely make them again, but I'm not clamoring for an immediate repeat.
