    We liked this, it's not a spectacular dish, but fine for speedy suppers. Made with vegan sausages, veg stock instead of white wine and a can of tomatoes instead of fresh. I think that fresh tomatoes would probably have been nicer, I found the dish almost too saucy with all the liquid from the can. White wine also recommended. We had with a small green salad on the side. I think mashed potatoes might go well with the dish.
