    This is soooo good. Creamy, a little sweet, and comforting. I tried cooking the paneer in the oven inspired by other comments and it worked well! 400F for 15 minutes, flip halfway through.

    Really delicious. I oven roasted the paneer as usual instead of pan frying but otherwise did not make any changes. Served with rice, naan, and toor dal.
