    My house is cold, so I did three days for each on steps one and two. Worked great! Made the Farm Bread - one loaf as directed - taste was great, but the loaf spread out on the baking stone, and the crust wasn’t crusty - the metal bowl and steaming process was clumsy too. The other loaf I used Bread Flour and a Dutch oven for baking, this turned out PERFECT.
