Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is very easy to make and it tastes pretty good. My swordfish required twice the baking time called for in the recipe, 40 minutes rather than 20, but I think it might have been because my fish was still partially frozen when I started.
