    Great salad for spring when corn is plentiful. I took note of TrishaCP comment about the vinegar and decided to use lime juice instead and it was delicious. After I took the photo I added some avocado, will make this again.

    This was a nice combination of ingredients. I would reduce the amount of vinegar the next time though.
