Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    So delicious - especially with ice cream! I only used about half the caramel sauce because it seemed like a lot when I poured it on top of the batter. Not sure if that was the right decision. Also I cooked them for an extra 5 minutes and still think they might have been a bit underdone… hard to tell. But my friends and family loved them!
