    This was perfect! i used red pepper as I had one to hand. Also, I didn't read the recipe properly and used all of the cornstarch mix to coat the chicken but result was fine so I would do this again next time. Finished dish was super yummy, perfect balance of flavours. Beware though if you are using grams rather than cups - 2/3 cup cashews is about 100g - not 475g as it states in the recipe!
