    Yum! This riff on the ubiquitous picnic broccoli salad is a tasty, protein-packed version that I'll definitely make again. The dressing relies on lemon rather than vinegar which gives a nice brightness, and the addition of quinoa made this suitable for me as a main dish. I did cut back on the amount of mayo, didn't use all the sunflower seeds (although I should have), and wouldn't mind more golden raisins.
