Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    4 stars as is written, I did add a small white onion in a few tbsp of butter first, then seared the sausage to browned a bit before slicing and then added double the seasoning (homemade no salt). I think the onion sweetened the base nicely before then following the rest of the recipe. Everyone loved it, would make again
