Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

We very much enjoyed this. My usual approach for turkey chili is to just sub turkey for the ground beef and I'm off to the races, but the results with this turkey specific recipe were excellent. I think it is the fairly large amt of breakcrumbs and soy for the panade that makes for a meatier flavour. Even the texture seemed better. In my crockpot this took about 4.5 hours on low. I was out of chipotle but I did use a chipotle flavoured tabasco and it hit the spot. Well received by all my dinner companions.
