Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made a 1/2 recipe in an 8" non stick skillet, using 3 large eggs & am not surprised by anya_sf's comment re; the full recipe barely fitting in her pan. In place of thick cut bacon, I sliced up some of our favourite breakfast sausages, I went a little heavier on the jalapeno and we both really enjoyed this eggs for dinner option.

    The ingredients barely fit in the pan and my eggs were large, not extra large. I used 3 oz cheddar with no extra on top. The omelet took 25 minutes in the oven and I broiled it a bit to speed it up. Overall, the flavor was quite good, but very rich.
