Despite the title, this recipe does not call for couscous. Can substitute pine nuts for almonds.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I have never had cauliflower "couscous" before. It's delicious! My family complained this was a bit too lemony so next time I will decrease the lemon from three tablespoons to two.
