Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    When it comes to dinners on weeknights, I really don't need something mind-blowing. I just want it to be easy and to taste pretty good. This is a solid B - a nice and relatively quick and easy meal that makes lots of leftovers.

    Good but not great. It was a tasty, quick (reasonably healthy) weeknight meal. I would make it again if I had the ingredients on hand, but I wouldn't go out of my way to make it again. Adding some dried porcini mushrooms might be a good idea.
