    9/18/21 - Cooked for me and Susie: I followed my notes from 12/29/20 except I over cooked the meat to ~ 150. Next time be careful to stick to ~140. Panko on one side cooked to dark but on second side I reduced heat a little and it did not burn. Meat was about 1.5"+ thick. Obviously started cook a little high ~5 on Susie's electric stove top.
