Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Absolutely fantastic with a real brightness added by the limes and preserved lemons, which I highly recommend you not omit. The recipe didn't specify, but I made the chicken skewers in the Japanese style of keeping the marinated pieces very close together to keep the chicken moist. This wound up being excellent and I'll definitely make it again. I did also use thighs because I'm usually not a big fan of chicken breast meat.
