Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made an even lighter version of this, as I wanted to get it down to 300 calories for a fast day. Skipped the red pepper, used less chicken and canned tomatoes instead of diced (since that's what I had). Overall this was a bit blah...the predominant taste was the quite bitter cauliflower, though admittedly maybe if I'd used the full quantity of chicken and the red pepper this would have helped.
