Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This just wasn't as good as I was hoping for. It lacked a note of sweetness that to my mind should be present in a tikka masala. As well as that, the sauce wasn't as silky smooth as I thought it should have been, I think if I made it again I'd whizz it up with a stick blender before adding the chicken. But I'll probably try a different recipe next time.
