    A very decent "light" chicken satay recipe, I was especially impressed by the sauce. I made a couple of substitutions: I used three chicken breasts instead of a crown as I can't get the latter here, and skipped the first slow cook, taking it down to just the 30 minutes + 10 minutes at a high heat. Also I didn't have agave so I used honey. I found the sauce very thick, and I wanted it to have a drizzling consistency so I added quite a bit more boiling water than indicated. This made a perfect low calorie meal for a fast day, served in lettuce cups with some crudités.
