Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I didn't make the taco cups. I thought the pulled pork recipe was nice, but turned out a tiny bit on the dry side - the tacos needed some wetness in them, which could have come from salsa or guac, but I didn't have time to make any, so I opted for sour cream. The pickled onions were probably my favourite thing from this recipe, I'll make these again.
