    What sets this apart from other pestos I've made is that this one is made in a blender. I would actually pre-chop my pine nuts a bit if I used this method again and as much as I did get a lovely, vibrant green & brightly flavoured (pretty smooth) pesto...it is a total pain to get out of my blender compared to the food processor.
