    This is such a rich recipe, after I'd blended the mix together I had to add some almond milk to thin it a little as it was so thick the ice cream maker would struggle to churn it! I also added the suggested Rum and Xanthan gum to keep it less firm however, it was still pretty firm after freezing it over night. Totally indulgent but you only need a little!!
